1. Should I refrigerate my elderberry syrup?

Yep! Your elderberry should be refrigerated as soon as it is made and received. It is shipped with an ice pack and can be left out for a few days in the transit.

1. How long does elderberry syrup last?

Our Elderberry syrup can last for as long as 3 months starting from the time it is made. Storing it properly keeps it as fresh as possible. Storing deep in your fridge versus on the door of your fridge helps with this.

2. Can I freeze elderberry syrup? 

You sure can! Just remove it from the glass bottle before you store it in the freezer.

3. Why is my elderberry syrup not as thick as the ones in the stores?

Our elderberry syrup is brewed naturally. We don't add any preservatives which is what is added to any grocery store bought elderberry syrup. This is why it needs to be refrigerated.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Pickups allowed in the Bowie area between 6-8 pm Mondays and Fridays.

Shipping will be Mondays at this time to help ensure that you you receive your order in the allotted time. If this does not happen, please contact us as the postal system is overwhelmed during this time of year.
